Peaceful Sites perfect for a Vacation or Full Time Residents

Welcome to Gators THC (Tiny House Community). We are peacefully located between Gainesville and Ocala in Citra, FL. We are surrounded by tall palm trees and large oak trees with nearby fishing, bike/hiking trails, spring water swimming and diving springs, horse and agricultural farms, nature, and FREE WI-FI. We are currently in the grassroots stage of converting our currently operating RV Park into a full-fledged Tiny Home Community. Our goal is to be the greenest, happiest, and most self-sustainable Tiny House Community in the USA! We are extending an invitation to individuals, couples, and families to become an intricate part of our tight-knit community.

Gators THC is providing FREE INDIVIDUAL GARDEN SPACE, SUN, AND WATER to each full-time resident. We support and emphasize self-sustainability and encourage in all residents to participate in doing their part. Our Community Club House serves as the self-run store (run on the honors system) where residents can put their harvests, arts, and goods for sale and trade. We have weekly social events. We want everyone to know they are invited to come to stay with us. The one thing that is necessary is a tiny home!

While our tiny house community probably sounds a lot like heaven, we do charge a site rental fee. We have Full Hook-Up sites at $795/Month + Tax + electric. We offer a $45/month discount if contributing to the community in a significant way. We have Partial Hook Up Sites for $695/month + electric + taxes (water hook up and electric hook up) - that also receive a $45/month discount if contributing to the community in a significant way. We have several "work trade projects" that we offer to trade site rental for projects/work needed for the community. Are you a tradesman, handyman, carpenter, artist, or good with a shovel? We probably have some projects that you could handle! Come talk to us! How can you contribute to our community?

We are a pet-friendly community, however we do not accept aggressive breeds and dogs must remain on a leash. We do have rules that must be followed, and all must abide. While our summers are a bit hot, we have amazing winters (imagine your garden producing 12 months a year)! We are in need of a carpenter, handyman (or handywoman), gardener, landscaper, artist, beekeeper, someone to take charge in our recycling program, someone to operate our soon to be "roadside farm and plant store", someone to do some cement work, and much much more! What are your traits? Our question to you is what can you do to help us become the greenest, happiest, and most self-sustainable Tiny House Community in the USA?
